OBJECTIVE

Wile Design to create unique branding for YPO Manhattan 2021-2022 calendar year, taking into careful consideration the client’s vision and objectives and ensure the annual theme is strongly communicated throughout the event related marketing materials.

LOGO DESIGN

• 2021-2022 logo design - co-brand of existing YPO logo with a focus on “Community” theme

• Provide up to 3 rounds of edits on selected concept, taking into consideration client feedback and direction

• Provide asset folder of final vectorized logo files in up to 3 colorways (full color, black, white) and up to 3 formats (.eps, .jpg, .png)

FOLDER DESIGN

• Cover Design incorporating new logo and thematic elements and/or imagery

• Back Design featuring 2021-2022 event calendar graphic

• Insert Design "Making Memories" collage of past events to be distributed in folder at May event.

• High resolution images of previous events to be provided by YPO

• Event calendar copy to be provided by YPO

• Up to 3 rounds of edits

• Preparation of files for print

EVENT GRAPHICS

• Design of Powerpoint slideshow of upcoming events to be presented at May event

• Image sourcing

• Final copy to be provide by YPO

• 12-15 slides in length

• Up to 3 rounds of edits

• Individual event graphic assets break out for use on YPO website

Fees are inclusive of number of rounds of edits indicated above. Additional rounds of edits or additional formatting will be billed at a rate of 125 per hour.

Fees do not included production costs for printed items.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

PRODUCTION

• Identify and select Wile Design preferred vendors required to produce printed designs

• Provide estimate for all elements of print production

• Provide project timeline inclusive of approval due dates and production lead time

• Provide paper and material samples whenever necessary

• Prepare digital proofs for approval, release approved digital proofs to print

• Manage final assembly

• Package final products for safe delivery and manage shipping

Final artwork design, paper and material selections are required in order to provide an accurate production estimate for this project.
