OBJECTIVE

Wile Design to create unique branding for CLIENT, taking into careful consideration the client’s initial inspiration, vision and objectives and ensure the brand is strongly represented in the marketplace.

PHASE ONE / LOGO DESIGN

• Provide at least 3 custom logo concepts

• Provide up to 5 rounds of edits on selected concept, taking into consideration client feedback

• Present design for final approval

• Provide final vectorized artwork files in up to 3 colorways and up to 3 formats (.eps, .jpg, .png)

Fee is inclusive of number of rounds of edits indicated above. Additional rounds of edits or additional formatting will be billed at a rate of $125 per hour.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

PHASE TWO / BRAND GUIDELINES

• Develop visual brand guidelines for updated logo suite

• Include PMS colors, proper logo usage, imagery

• Outline brand voice

PHASE THREE / MARKETING MATERIAL STRATEGY

With direction from Client, Wile Design will develop creative concepts for consideration that include:

• Business Cards

• Printed Mailers

• Digital Mailers

• Printed Brochures

• Gifting Packaging and Notecards

DESIGN

Once concept is confirmed, Wile Events to manage the following:

• Creative strategy and design

• Curate content and imagery

• Develop marketing copy

• Refine messaging to drive engagement with current, prospective and renewal clients

• Present up to three rounds of digital mockups for client feedback and final approval
  

PRODUCTION

• Provide estimates for all elements of production

• Provide project timeline inclusive of approval due dates and production

• Prepare all artwork for print and oversee production, mounting and assembly

• Provide final digital files in specified file sizes and formats

• Provide paper, envelope and material samples whenever necessary

• Identify and select additional vendors and materials required to produce designs

• Manage final assembly

• Package final products for safe delivery
